These terms govern your purchase and use of JSA Worksheets provided by Health & Safety Systems LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Product Description

We provide an intelligent tool that generates Job Safety Analysis (JSA) worksheets based on the job description and details you provide. Each purchase grants you access to one completed worksheet in PDF format.

Pricing & Payment

• The current price is $9.95 USD per worksheet.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
• You will receive access to your worksheet immediately after payment.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your worksheet, contact us within 7 days of purchase at contact us to request a refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any credit card processing fees charged by our payment processor. Processing fees are non-recoverable and typically amount to 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.

Worksheet Access

• After payment, you will receive a unique access link to view and download your worksheet.
• Access links expire 30 days after purchase. Download your worksheet before the link expires.
• You are responsible for saving your access link. We can re-send it to your original email upon request.

Acceptable Use

• Worksheets are for your organization's internal use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or white-label generated worksheets as a competing service.

We do not guarantee that generated worksheets will identify every hazard applicable to your specific job site, conditions, or regulatory requirements. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and supplementing the content before use.

Health & Safety Systems LLC is not liable for workplace incidents, regulatory citations, or any damages arising from reliance on generated worksheets.
